Shipping & Return Policy

Health Fusion uses UPS & USPS. ships Monday through Friday. All orders placed Saturday, Sunday or a on a Holiday will be processed & shipped the next business day if possible, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified.

Free Shipping:

Orders in continental United States $100 or more will receive Free Shipping via the least expensive method. Orders outside the continental United States over $100 will be subject to the shipping cost minus a $10 shipping credit will apply to the order.

Tracking Orders:

If your order was shipped by UPS you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been received, processed & shipped. This e-mail will include the UPS tracking number. Note this may take 1 business day.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, with any unopened product.

*ALL SALES FINAL after 14 days of delivery.
* RETURNS FOR REFUND will ONLY be accepted for items that have not been opened. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are posted within 72 hours.
* RESTOCKING FEE items approved for return will have a 25% restocking fee.

How to Send Merchandise Back to Us:

Please pack and secure your item(s) securely and include all parts. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package. is not responsible for items being returned that are lost in transit. If you have a return please send them to:

International fees:

International orders may be liable for customs tax. Additional duties/taxes may be charged in certain countries upon receipt of the merchandise. These fees vary worldwide. When applicable, any additional tax or duty is the responsibility of the customer in his own country, when the merchandise is to be delivered. Health Fusion does not charge for or pay these taxes, as they are specific to each country.
